The Watercolorists of the Inland Northwest group was founded over 30 years ago. We are an informal group of water media artists in North Idaho and Eastern Washington, both amateurs and professionals. We welcome people working in acrylic, egg tempera, encaustic, gouache, casein, and watercolor medias to join us.

Our meetings begin at 10:00 am on the third Saturday of the month, usually at Heritage Place in Coeur d'Alene. We are tucked away, in a quiet spot perfect for painting.

MEETING INFORMATION:  Directions to Heritage Place: From I-90 proceed south on Highway 95. After a few blocks, the highway splits off to the right and Lincoln goes straight through. If you stay on Highway 95, the Heritage Place driveway is the first left turn. The building is locked for security so you may want to watch for other members. Or stay on Lincoln past the buildings and take a right at the cemetery to approach Heritage Place from the back. Someone from our group will let you in.

Sometimes we have special events planned and our meeting is held elsewhere. We welcome all new members. To join the organization, come to one of our meetings. There is no fee to join.

Our meeting topics vary each month. Our members have opportunities to contribute and share their talents in ways that they are able.
