The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market Hold Harmless Agreement 2010

All Exhibitors are required to sign the Hold Harmless Agreement. If agreement is not signed, Exhibitor will not be able to participate in The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market.

By acceptance of this agreement, the Exhibitor waives all claims against The Art And Home Center of Coeur d'Alene and The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market for any and all liability for any damage, injury, theft, or loss incurred before, during, or as a result of the Exhibitor participating in The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market. The Exhibitor will indemnify and hold harmless The Art And Home Center of Coeur d'Alene and The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market from any and all claims, actions, or judgments arising from and related to the Exhibitor's participation in the The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market, including the acts of the Exhibitor's employees and helpers.
