If accepted, I understand that my booth fee will not be refunded if I leave or am asked to leave for any reason, or if I do not attend for any reason or for bad weather. I also understand that my submission of this application and my fees signifies agreement to all Market rules. I further certify that I will not hold the The Art and Home Center of Coeur d'Alene, The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market or any individual therein, responsible in the case of loss or damage to all or part of my exhibit, personal property, or my person.

All Vendors are required to sign the Hold Harmless Agreement. If agreement is not signed, Vendor will not be able to participate in The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market.

By acceptance of this agreement, the Vendor waives all claims against The Art And Home Center of Coeur d'Alene and The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market for any and all liability for any damage, injury, theft, or loss incurred before, during, or as a result of the Vendor participating in The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market. The Vendor will indemnify and hold harmless The Art And Home Center of Coeur d'Alene and The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market from any and all claims, actions, or judgments arising from and related to the Vendor's participation in the The Coeur d'Alene Outdoor Market, including the acts of the Vendor's employees and helpers.
